RETURN VOUCHER AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products purchased through our website or WhatsApp Order Line may be returned within 7 DAYS from the invoice date, provided that the products are unused, their packaging is undamaged, and their resale condition has not been affected.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact Us Before Returning

After receiving your product, you must contact our After-Sales WhatsApp Support Line at +998951044445. The necessary return address and shipping customer code will be provided to you.

When returning your package via MNG Cargo, the shipping cost will be covered by us. Please do not make any payment to the shipping company. Simply provide the special return code assigned to you and request that the package be processed as 2 desi in the system.

If you choose to return the product using a different shipping company, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2. Inspection Process

Once your return shipment reaches us, it will be inspected within 1–4 business days. After approval, a voucher code will be issued and sent to the email address listed on your invoice.

You can also view your voucher code in the My Account section of our website.

3. Return Voucher

The value of the returned product(s) will be credited to you in the form of a voucher code.

You may use this voucher code at any time to place a new order through our website.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

An invoice is mandatory for all return transactions.
Returns submitted without an invoice cannot be processed.
