ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the website with the domain name info@dinahometex.com, owned by the SELLER, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 – The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions available on the website info@dinahometex.com and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2 – The product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/entity designated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.

4.3 – If the product is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

4.4 – The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in complete and undamaged condition, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with any warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.

4.5 – Delivery of the product is subject to this Agreement being accepted by the BUYER and the payment being completed according to the chosen payment method. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed released from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6 – If, after delivery, the BUYER’s credit card is unlawfully used by unauthorized persons through no fault of the BUYER and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER must return the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 days. In such cases, shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.

4.7 – If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the specified period due to force majeure events or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation disruptions, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with an equivalent one (if available), or postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid shall be refunded in full within 10 days.

4.8 – Defective or faulty products, whether covered by a warranty certificate or not, may be sent to the SELLER for repair within the warranty conditions. In such cases, shipping costs shall be borne by the SELLER.

4.9 – This Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

There is no cancellation or return process for our products.

ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 – Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase products from the SELLER.

6.2 – The SELLER shall not be held responsible for pricing errors caused by typographical or system errors.

ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT

For disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of either the BUYER or the SELLER shall have jurisdiction, up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
